An extensive course on how to create online forms which may used by the practice, providers and patients. This includes using forms within an Encounter.

Online forms ARE interractive and may be used both in the patient portal and as a form inside of a procedure in the Point of Care area. An example of an online form could be a patient questionnaire, a consent form that requires a signature or a form for a tech to complete as part of a procedure.
