The ATTACHMENTS section stores all correspondence information with and/or about the patient. As you will see, patient communication can take on a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, internal messages, phone conversations, letters, and uploaded documents. The method of communication detersmines which tab the correspondence will be logged into.
